align="justify">Patrizia Almonti was born in Rome, where she lives and works. Even if her professional life took place far from the world of art, Patrizia has expressed her emotions deeply and richly through painting since her discovery of porcelain, the “white gold”, thirty years ago. She was immediately attracted by the mysterious fascination surrounding its centuries-old formula.
From that serendipitous encounter an intense and profound passion for such art arose, inspiring her aesthetic sensitivity.
So began a long path of personal research as well as study with accredited international artists, in order to experience oil and acrylic colors on different surfaces such as canvas, paper, metal, wood, glass and plexiglas. Thus, she masters diverse pictorial techniques and sublimates finally her artistic language on porcelain and by its colors.
A unique nature and an eclectic approach identify Patrizia’s work today, making it easily recognizable and appreciated in the international artistic panorama: varied and precise in its minimal details, often merging on curved surfaces the signs of classical tradition and regenerating them into new creative forms and modern design.
An original understanding of art, and particularly of that on porcelain, emerged from her research, well beyond mere painting or decoration.
Her work is often realized by mixed techniques as well as the assembly of various materials, sometimes including porcelain in furniture or other interactive and accessible structures.
She also conveys her own personal emotional message allowing the spectator to interact and to touch the pieces, reintroducing significance to that “ability to create” which characterized the artists of Italy’s early Renaissance.
Under the aegis of the same watchwords of that period, “creativity” and “ingenuity”, Patrizia vindicates for herself the valor of great craftsmanship together with the intellectual merit of her own art.

style="color:#c7c7cc"; align="justify">...
Vittorio Sgarbi, the world-renowned Italian art historian and critic, wrote about her:

The artist held his first solo exhibition "Kinesis - Porcelain in motion" in December 2014 at the Galleria della Biblioteca Angelica in Rome, and in
